TRANSFERRED TO BRITAIN. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIGHT. LONDON, July 20. Tli© administration of the income on two million sterling has been transferred from the Carnegie Corporation in New York to Durnfermlino trustees, primarily for the benefit of libraries and church organs in tho United Kingdom. Mr. Carnegie explains that tho tho transfer is no reflection on tho New York administration, but owing to his being loss in touch with tho Motherland.
