WORDING OF PASSENGERS’ TICKETS. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received July 1, 10 a.m.) LONDON, June 30. In connection with the Titanic actions, the King’s Bench ruled against the Oceanic Company, on the reserved point of law whether the company could be absolved from liability by the condition attached to the back of the passenger ticket nullifying the contract printed on the front of the ticket, ensuring the passengers compensation through negligence of the company’s servants.
