Griffith, Minister of Public Works. Hon. J. L. Trefle, Minister of Lands and Agrifculture. Hon. A. C. Carmichael, Minister of Education. Hon. A. Eddcn, Minister of Mines. Hon. D. R. Hall, Minister of Justice. Hon. F. Flowers, Vice-President of tho Executive Council. [This Ministry contains practically the same members as the original M'Gowen Ministry. Mr. Griffith, who had broken away and shown signs of independence, has been reinstated, and Mr. Carmichael, who resigned office owing to bis nephew having been involved in a criminal charge, has come back.]
