ROWDY STUDENTS CENSURED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Juno 27. Tho question of the disturbance at the ‘capping ceremony yesterday was dealt with at a meeting of tho Wellington College Board of Governors today. On the motion of tho chairman, Mr, Brandon, it was resolved, “That this board, strongly disapproves of the actions of the students of Victoria College in connection with the conferring pf degrees awarded by the University of New Zealand, and insists that the state of pupillage demands respect for constituted authority, and directs the principals of both "Wellington Colleges to take such steps as they may_ think best to impress upon their pupils the necessity or such respect.” '
