OF DANGER . TO THE KAISER. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received April 30, 8 a.m.) BERLIN, April 29. The Chief of Police has received a warning from abroad tlrat it is intended to make an attempt on tho Kaiser’s life at Karlsruhe. Tho police at Karlsruhe have been informed, but no importance is attached to tho incident. Tho fact that the Kaiser motored to Karlsruhe, instead of goiug by train, is ascribed to the fine weather.
