NEWSPAPER CRITICISM. Bv Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received March 22, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, March'2l. The Daily News, in announcing the flotation of Victorian and Wcstralian loans, after the holidays, states that there is a glut of Australian securities. Out of the loans, totalling £13,300,000, the underwriters took £10,406,000. [The Daily News, for some reason, seems to have a particular objection to New Zealand or the Australian States raising loans, and has recently done its best to spoil the market for them.]
