WOULD-BE CLAIMANT ARRESTED By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received Dec. 24, 9 a.m.) PARIS, Dec. 23. Schild, a carman, picked up a, case containing £68,000 in bank notes and scrip. A stranger claimed it but Schild took it to tho police station. The claimant failed to substantiate his case and was arrested. When searched two revolvers and a largo knife were found in his possession.
