By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received Dec. 19, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 18. Details have been received of the circumstances of the death of Captain Eckford, who was killed in Persia by Shiraz tribesmen. Captain Eckford’s prrty was emerging from a jungle when it was fired on from the hills. The party pursued the assailants, who numbered 150. Shots were exchanged, when Captain Eckford was shot through the heart. /
