The Victoria Racing Club will spend £25,000 on improvements in accommodation at Flemington and £12,000 on sewerage. Gate and membership charges will therefore bo i greased. RACING PERMITS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 12. Mr. Homes will not be Minister in charge of racing permits, as, b«ng already a member of the Racing Conference, ho does not care to act in a dual capacity. It has not been decided Who will undertake this duty. ,
