NAPIER HARBOUR.

WAITING AN ENGINEERS’ REPORT. Per Press Association. NAPIER, May 7. Mr. A. E. Jull was re-elected chairman of the Harbour Board. He said that it was impossible to declare a policy until the report of Messrs. Cullen and Keele, two Australian engineers reporting on the harbour question was received. The Public Works Department' has advised the Harbour Board of plans of a railway embankment and a bridge over the inner bar hour in conection with the East Coast railway in course of preparation, but the draft plan showed that it would not interfere with the proposed inner harbour scheme.
