FATAL STAMPEDE.
AT A WOMEN’S MEETING, By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. PARIS, April 9. At a concert given by the-. Women’s Patriotic League at Londian, a lamp foil. The blazing oil was readily extinguished, hut there was a wild stampede of women and children. The narrow stairway was choked, and it was half an hour before it was cleared. It was then found that seven had been trampled to death, and fifteen terribly injured.
