MEETINGS OF DELEGATES. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 9. Delegates from the four college football clubs met this morning. It was decided that the constitution of the committee should bo two delegates for each college, and that its object should be to arrange the details touching games with all visiting university teams to play the University of New Zealand. The confornco also ratified the invitations already sent to the Sydney University, asking it to send a team to tour the Dominion, It is reported that the visit was probable, and could be expected in September. A conference of representatives of the college tournament committees also met the special committee appointed to draw up rules for competition for the Haslam Shield, presented by Professor Haslam, of Canterbury, two years ago for rifle shooting. It was decided that no further trophies for events or collection of events in the tournaments bo accepted.
