The following is the forecast of Mr. B. V. Pemberton.acting-meteorologist, for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day:— Northerly moderate to strong winds, changing to southerly, and winds freshening; haze, and expect unsettled and cloudy weather, increasing, probably with misty rain; glass fall slowly but glass rise after 16 to 24 hours; tides moderate, rea moderate, sea increasing.
