NEW ZEALAND TEAM. Per Press Association, WELLINGTON, Dec. 18. Alterations have been made in the team for the Australasian championships. Woodger is unable to get leave, and the 100 and 220 yards’ selectors put in Duncan (Wellington) in the WOyds., 'and A. V. Stohr (New Plymouth) in the 220 yards. Coard (Wellington) and Messenger will be emergencies respectively. sis they are not sure of Stohr in the 440 yards, the selectors put in Stohr with Wilton (Wellington) emergency. In the half-mile, Wilson (Auckland) is unable to compete, and Dougall (Christchurch) is put in. Dixon, who is unable to compete in tho three-mile, is not replaced. In the mile and three-mile walk, Cashman (Wellington) and Bennett (Waikato) have been chosen. Wilson, who is unable to compete in the 120 yards hurdles, is replaced by Hamilton (Christchurch) and Halligan (Wellington). In the 440 yards hurdles the selectors put in Hamilton and M'Kenzie (Wairara■pa). and in the high jump, Mitchell (Dunedin). Winklemau (Napier) and Millard (Dunedin) are chosen in putting tho shot, with M’Fariaiic (Dunedin) as emergency, ns no reply lias been received from Dethier.
