Although tho newspapers aro disposed’ to "let bygones bo bygones” and discuss tho improvements in foreign relations, there are many protests at the Government’s concealment of facts. The Vossiche Zstates tho Government ought to have revealed the facts, notably respecting the proposed privileged zone in Morocco, and France’s rejection ol the demand for Congo territory from the sea to Sangn. The Times’ Berlin correspondent censures tho persistent manipulation of German opinion against France and still more against Britain by the official dissemination of its version of ovenls, which are now proved to be absolutely untrue. The correspondent adds that, as far as is known, the system of press inspiration will continue in future as hitherto.
