Tho Consular reports in connection with tho Tripolitan war led to a verbal battle in tho press between a prominent Italian and a Turk resident in Sydney, ending in the Tnrk offering to put up a young Turk and a £SO wager for a. boxing contest. The Italian is willing to defend the honour of his country, and the offer awaits acceptance.
