A STEAMER SEIZED.
WITH MUNITIONS OF WAR. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, August 25. The Customs authorities at Gravesend seized a steamer with munitions of war fitted with wireless telegraphy, and amply provisioned. The captain declined to give any information, hut it is surmised the steamer .was intended for river service in some South American Republic.
