HOCKEY.
Sixteen teams have entered for the New Zealand Ladies’ Hockey Association’s Ifcournament to bo hold at Day’s Bay, commencing on Saturday, September 2. The teams have been divided into three sections as follows: Section A: Hawke’s Bay, Canterbury A, Taranaki, Marlborough, and Manawatu B. Section B; Auckland, Nelson, Canterbury B, Wellington A, Buller. Section -C: Wairarapa, Southland, Wanganui, Manawatu A, Wellington B, West Coast.
