THE WORST OVER. ,By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received July 15, 8.5 a.m.) OTTAWA, July 14. The Porcupine fire is under control. Relief parties have been dispatched to bury the dead. Refugees report that the trails are strewn with the bodies of prospectors. NOW UNDER CONTROL. (Received July! 15, J.. 40 p.m.) OTTAWA, July 14. ' The fires in Northern Ontario are now under control. It is estimated that about 500 people perished and twenty thousand are homeless. The flames swept a tract 10,000 square miles in area.
