DISASTROUS TO BREWERS,
By Electric Telegraph.—Copvright. (Deceived Jan. 0, 0.15 n.m.) LONDON, Jan. 5. Counsel in a brewery appeal case stated that the great strides made by temperance had caused such decreased consumption of alcohol that two Burton brewers had gone insolvent, and thirteen other premises wore idle.
