(Received Dec. 31. 10.20 a.m.) ~ LONDON, Dec. 39. Detectives are satisfied that tho perpetrators of the Honndsditch burglary are an association of anarchists from various European capitals. It is significant that the anarchists mentioned in tho captured correspondence have disappeared from their usual haunts.
