Arrived, Alexa, from New Zealand. SAILED. Port Ahuriri, Oct. 27. ■ —-Sailed, at 3.40 p.m., Romford, for Newcastle, via Akitio. ARARWA AT HOBART. Hobart, Oct. 27.—The Arawa, which arrived here this morning, leaves for New Zealand on Friday morning at 4 o’clock. Forty-four passengers landed and 455 are proceeding to New Zealand. PUKAKI DELAYED. The Pukaki has been delayed in Greymouth by bad weather, and cannot arrive hero before Sunday. At Westport she will load about 150 tons of coal, bringing her cargo for this port up to about 600 tons. CORINNA’S ARRIVAL. The Corinna arrived from Southern ports this morning with 430 tons of cargo, including 685 sacks of oats, 324 sacks of wheat, 245 sacks of chaff, 536 sacks, 240 hundreds, and 600 fifties of flour, 209 sacks of pollard, 93 sacks of potatoes, and 78 sacks of oatmeal. She will leave this evening for Onchunga. A ROUGH VOYAGE. The Niwaru, during her passage from New York to Melbourne on route to New Zealand, had very rough weather after rounding the Cape of Good Hope. Being deeply loaded with 10,000 tons of cargo, including 2000 tons of steel rails, the seas frequently broke on board. The steam pipe casing was twisted and wrenched asunder, teakwood doors were battered in, and one of the ship’s boats was lifted almost clear of the chocks.
