Mr. Bolland, of Victoria, the new Moderator, ■. is delivering his presidential address. , Mr. Barber, one of the visiting Scotch 'Agricultural Commission, was present; and explained the objects of the mission. In sending Sodfch formers they were giving Australia of .their best, recognising that Australia and Canada were the best places on God’s earth for young men to settle.
