Throe hundred fresh cases of cholera are reported at Rostoff. They are attributed to the water of the River Don. The trains are packed with terrified fugitives. Peasants in outlying districts declare “we are dying like flies.” A CASE IN GERMANY. BERLIN, June 24. A Russian emigrant died of Asiatic cholera at Ruhleben, near Berlin.
