UNABLE TO FIND BAIL., (Received Feb. 10, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Fob. 9. Violet Charlesworth and her mother ■ are in Derby prison, having been unable to find bail. The alleged frauds with which they are charged were committed in 1903 and 1908.
