The following selectors had heen notified of their failure to comply with * conditions of personal residence and improvements : — W. T. M'Kay, sections o and 6, block 5, Ohura (non-residence).— Resolved that the selector's application to let the grazing be refused and that he be informed^ that he must comply with the conditions of his lease, or the board will take further action in the matter. A W. and 11. C. Shield, section 8. block IG, Upper Waitara (not able to obtain timber to build). — Six mouths extension of time granted. J. Fry/lay, section 7, block 13. Ohura (non-residence and general neglect o In nd).— Consideration deferred to next C. R. M'Caitie, .section 8. block 6 _ Ponuta ('i')ii residence). — Resolved that he must comply with the conditions of his lease or the board will take further action. H. Ryan, section 13. block 13, Ohura (non-residence, but intends to reside at once). — Same decision as in previous f ' li. and A. M. Gill, section 11. block 2 Heao (non-residence). — Selectors stated that they were now resident, ranger to verify. A. Fletcher, section t, block 8, Aria (11011 residence). — S- -lector allowed three months' time to take up his permanent residence or transfer. T. A. Williams, section 8, block 11. Totoro (non-residence and deficient improvements). — Holding forfeited. MISCELLANEOUS. The board was advised that improved farm sections may be disposed of under the O.R.P. system where not included in national endowment areas.
