( I'Yom a Corrospondent.) An enjoyable concert was yiven the other mjjit by Jlr. Charles Dawton and others to the men working on the railway lino, Itepurna M't-tmn. It was held at Jlr. J'i mule's hoarding house, by Ins kind permission. Mr. Joe Harvey took the eliair. and the iollowinjj; contributed items :— -Messrs. Fisher, Crawley, Stott, Snellin^, Kenny, Rawlings, Leslie, Undciwond. Holland, Costelto and Dawton. The concert was brought to a close at 10 o'clock with a hearty vo,le of thanks to Mr. l'ringle, also to the chairman, when all the men saii'j ''Auld Lang Syne," after spending a pleasant evening.
