A YOUNG MAN DROWNED.
CHBIBTCHUROH, Sept. 19. . About 12.30 o'clock pn Saturday afternoon, Charlea Winter 23 years of age, was drowned in the Uppor Waiaa Eiver near ttoe ferry.
