FOREMAN'S REPORT.
Mr. F. Henderson, foreman oi works, reported : — Breakwater Extension. — Six concrete blocks have been made for the breakwater extension. The number on hand is i'.j. The (juantity ot stone quarried and tipped was lfi!)6 tons. Two new .sections each I'Jtt. have boon completed the total length ot the extension is now o76ft. Whari Widening. — At the wharf widening the preparation and fitting ot walings and bri'oe<= !'»« l^on eaf''d on throughout tbo moi.iii mvi .« >«• i! . f.. " There are four sets of walingf- . fifteen sets of braces yet to fix. most of these have been prepared ,md will be finished in about a fortnight.
