STRANDING OF THE WAIPARA.
(Received Sept. 17, 10.20 a.m.) BRISBANE, Sept. 17. The Marine Board found that the stranding of the steamer Waipara near Cape Moreton when bound to London via Sydney, was due to the set of the wind and tide while awaiting to discharge the pilot who left her in an unsafe position. Tht) pilot's certificate was suspended for three months and tbe master exonerated of all blame.
