At the meeting of the Taranaki Education Board- yesterday reference was made to the letter from LieutenantColonel Okey in regard to the proposal to erect a drill hall on the board's reserve, St. Michael's Square, upon the understanding that the building would be available for school and 'cadet instruction purposes.
