PLUNDER RECOVERED.
(Received August 25, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, August 24. The detectives were watching the suspicious conduct of some prisoners charged in connection with the robbery at ' Happih and Webb's warehouse, Cheapside, and later saw them emerge from the building. The value of the jewels recovered is between £30,000 and £40,000.
