PROCESSIONS IN LONDON.
PROTEST AGAINST THE CZAR'S VISIT,

Large crowds assembled *t Trafalgar Square and formed two processions, with hands in tho van and banners bearing uncomplimentary inscriptions regarding the Czar's visit. Mr. Keir Hardie, addressing the crowd, said they were present as represontiiiK neither King nor Govwnmen^, but the power that made kiugs and governments. . A resolution protesting against the official reception of the Csar was carried , after speeches by Messrs. Ramaar Mac Donald. H. M. Hyndroauu, Bep Tillott and G. Bernard Shaw.
