Mr. Keir Hardie, addressing the crowd, said they were present as represontiiiK neither King nor Govwnmen^, but the power that made kiugs and governments. . A resolution protesting against the official reception of the Csar was carried , after speeches by Messrs. Ramaar Mac Donald. H. M. Hyndroauu, Bep Tillott and G. Bernard Shaw.
