RUSSIAN EMIGRATION.
ST. PETERSBURG, April 5. According to the Kharbin newspaper Vcstuik, Russians arc surprised at the rapid spread of the movement among old-time Siberian peasant families in favour of emigration to Australia on a large scale. Many encouraging letters have been received from precursors in Australia.
