TRAVELLING ALLOWANCES.
Married men will have preference, and those who .may be required for a time to give up their positions *will he put on record for reinstatement as circumstances permit, so that<. a? far as possible injustices will be avoided. .It is also, intended that the fixed daily travelling allowances which have been paid shall discontinue, and actual expenses, with a limit, will be substituted, and vouchers will be provided.
