GISBORNE, March 11. At the Supreme Court Justice Edwards delivered judgment in the case of Connell v. the Gisborne Times Co.. n claim for £275 damages for alleged libel, wrongful dismissal and mone\ due Plaintiff was nonsuited on all three counts, with costs according to scale.
