(Received March 12, 8.5 a.m.) LONDON, March 11. During a discussion in the House ol Commons on tho postal estimates, Mr. A. H. Hodges moved for the insertion cf a stricter fair wages clause in regard to Government contracts. This lod to the Right Hon. Buxton making the desired amendment, which the House agreed to. The Labourites accepted it as satisfactory.
