(By "Scout.")" . The Taranaki Rifles held their usual inspection parade last night under Captain Bellringer and Lieuts. Lever ans Fletcher. There was a good muster. The company was exercised .in arm drill and musketry. . At the conclusion of the parade the company met w the orderly room. A number of shooting trophies, won by members, were presented. . Sev * r J* new members were elected and others dominated. It waa decided "to , celebra e the jubilee of the establishment of the company, and a strong .committee was pfected to carry out the work. Lieut. Fletcher briefly addressed the company thanking Wmbers for the honour done him by selecting him as their subaltern.
