The Wellington centre of the New Zealand Antateur-fAthJ^tic 'Association lias decided fo appeal to* the Australasian Union against the ruling of the president (Mr Atack) that nominations for seats on the Council of non-residents of Christchurch are inadmissable. A motion expressing resentment of the Council's discourtesy in the, treatment of the centre's correspondence was also carried. _•'__ ____l_
