PARKER COMPANY.

Summonses have been obtained by the Federal Crown, Solicitor against tho Huddart-Parker Company for having refused to answer questions put to it under the Anti-Trust Act. The questions had reference to; the alleged coal vend agreement between the coalowners and the steamship companies. The case will be hoard on Monday.
