GOULBOUR N-SYDNEY ROAD RACE.

In the road race between Goulbourn and Sydney, Ransley, a one-armed cyclist, led the whole way to within eight miles of homec He would undoubtedly have won had lie not taken ill ten miles from the winning post. Robinson and Larcombe put up a fine finish, the former winning by three lengths. Ransley was third. Tho time was 6 hours 47 minutes. Larcombe put up the fastest time, establishing a record, viz., 6 hours So minutes 56 seconds. The New Zealand riders did not show prominently.
