The attendance showed an improvement on that of previous meetings. The Rev. T. (J. Brooke y;ave an address on "Individual responsibility i»* p'-urioction with the licensing ouestion." Having lived and worked n> nnd around the no-license districts of the South Island, he gave personal testimony to the benefits of that lofornto the people there.
