The milk received during the year amounted to 39,546,493 lbs at an axerage test of 3.81 per cent (yielding 1,507,1781bs of butter-fat) from which was' manufactured 1,655 tons of cheese, all of which made good prices on the Home market. As the directors are thoroughly satisfied with the firm which handled the produce they have decided for this year to consign through the same channel. As the company has only seven shares left unallotted it is proposed to enlarge the capital Wy the creation of 15,000 new shares of, £1 each. The Profit and Loss Account, after £924 5s is allowed for depreciation, shows a surplus of £7,460 14s (apart from the, profit on the store). Aftb?
