The decision is a repetition of that against the Sew York and Berniudez Asphalt Company of last year. [Already Holland is threatening war against Venezuela, aud the United States Government has gone so far as to withdraw its Minister from Caracas. Now it seems probable that France will be added to the enemies of the little State.]
