DAIRY FACTORY REPORTS.
The annual report of the Oaonui Dairy Company states that during the year ended June 30, 11,616,9201bs of milk were received, and from this 489 - 4321bs of commercial butter had been manufactured, giving the result of ]lb of butter to 23.731bs of milk. The average test was '3.77, and the over-run 11.7. Payments for butterfat at 9£d per 1b were made throughout the year which, with the bonus, will represent a value of 10,05 d per lb for the whole year.
During last season the Pihama Cooperative Dairy Company received 32 - 293,2901bs of milk, from which 518!5371bs of butter Avere made, giving the result of lib butter to 23.71bs of milk.! The average test was 3.76 and the overrun 12.2. i i
