BANK EXCHANGE RATES.
SYDNEY, April 15. From to-day New South Wales banks establish their exchange rates on London in tho main upon a 3 per cent, basis. They were placed upon a4^ per cent, basis on March 11 last. The change affects only 30 tp 120 days' sight transactions.
