" The Premier, Mr H. H. Asquith, sxibmitted to the King the proposed Ministerial changes. Nothing aviH be announced until nis return to London to-night. It is considered probable that Mr Winston Churchill will be/ given tho presidency of the Board of Trade rather than that of Secretary of State for the Colonies. Even in the event of Mr Churchill's defeat for Manchester, another member has offered to retire in his favour.
