: AUCKLAND, April 7» The total quantity of New Zealand hemp graded at Auckland by the fcrovernment grader during the year ended March 31 last was 43,692 bales, or 7126 tons, valued at £95,000. Forfhe same period 1250 tons of tow, worth about £60Q0, passed through the grading works, making the total value ot the hemp dressed at Auckland for the year £101,000.
