The district around Toko seems to have suffered little, or no damage the last day or. two. 4 lot- of felled, bush is burning. , It is understood that the fires of Jaaift week destroyed twelve months' cutting at the New Pljsmoufh Sash and Opor Company's Toko. mill, and it was. feared that further damage would result if the wind increased.
