CHRISTCHURCH, February It. At a divorce sitting of the SiMMtane Court to-day, decrees, nisi wereittidein the cases Jessie Andeittpn. v. John .Anderson (desertion), and Fanny, Thompkins v. Leonard Thompkins (desfertfoß). In the case of Leah Cashmere v. Henry Cashmere (misconduot)J the Judge remarked on the easy m&tmer in which unhappily-mated people seemed to think they could get a divorce; and he took time to consider Ids decision.
